It’s our First Ever Community Baby Shower!

Oct. 1st, 10am-2pm

240 Stafford Ave., Bristol, CT (Outside)

We have received so many wonderful items from so many generous people in the area, and we want to make sure that every item goes home to an infant/child that needs it! This shower is open to Bristol and Burlington residents who are expecting a child or who have a child up to 1 year old.

Supporting agencies offering their services and resources will be present this day as well, and will be available to answer questions and offer guidance for families and their little ones.

Guests may register by scanning the QR code on the bottom left corner of the image posted with this notice, and if needed, they may visit us at our site, or call us at 860-584-7682.

Transportation Forum

Transportation Forum
OCTOBER 1 @ 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

YOUR INPUT IS NEEDED!

This Transportation Forum is presented by Bristol’s Commission for Persons with Disabilities and is to gain insight from the Bristol community about the current transportation services, to identify unmet needs, and explore the expansion of accessible, efficient, and affordable ride options within the City of Bristol.

The forum will feature several panelists representing state and local transportation providers along with informational displays by transportation vendors.

American Sign Language Interpreters will be included.

For more information, contact Dan Micari, Chair of the Bristol Commission for Persons with Disabilities at 860-965-1463.

The forum is made possible by a grant from the American with Disabilities Act, Connecticut Coalition (ADACC) and the following local sponsors: Advocates for Bristol Seniors, BARC, Bristol Rotary Club, Main Street Community Foundation, and United Way of West Central Connecticut.
