Join former UK resident Claire Evans for a delightful culinary tour of the UK, inspired by The Great British Baking Show television series, aired on PBS and Netflix. Learn about making a proper cup of tea, regional specialties, their origins, and the particular parts of the UK they hail from. She’ll translate the trickiest parts of British recipes for Americans so you can try them in your own kitchen. Pick up useful travel tips as well!

The annual Fishing Derby will be held Saturday April 30th, 2022 from 7:00 am - 10:00 am at Page Park Pond.
Join us for an exciting morning of fishing family fun. Children should bring their own fishing poles and legal bait. There will be a variety of prizes awarded for fishes caught throughout the morning.
Derby is for children 13 years of age and under!
General Information
Come out and enjoy the 71st Annual Perry J. Spinelli Fishing Derby
Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 7-10am
Held at the Page Park Pond
The event is free of charge, no pre-registration is necessary
Participants should check in at the Page Park Pavilion the day of the event beginning at 6:30 a.m.
Each participant may use 1 pole, 1 hook, 1 bobber, and any legal bait
No artificial lures or gang hooks allowed
Parents may assist in casting but children must land their own fish
Prizes will be awarded in a variety of categories
Winners will be announced at 10:00 a.m. | |
