We are in the process of planning the 2022 Mum Festival. The Mum Festival will be celebrating 60 years this year!! We are planning a big celebration to honor 60 years of Mum Festival, with a Birthday Celebration later in the year! We are also planning Fireworks for Festival Friday as well. The Bristol Exchange Club, producers of the Mum Festival, will also be celebrating 80 years supporting the Bristol Community. As always we need to work with the City of Bristol which funds one third of the festival budget. The applications and Grant requests were submitted in March. This is the city’s marque event, and draws thousand of spectators each year, which in turn significantly helps out our local businesses as well as marketing our city. We will be returning home on Memorial Boulevard for the festival now that construction projects are nearly completed. So more to come!!
